Culinary tourism is the most exciting activities especially during on holiday. Culinary explore can be spoiling our taste with varieties of food which has arouse taste. It doesn’t complete if holiday without tasting special food in some region. Moreover Indonesia has varieties of food besides cultures.

Prof Dr Hardinsyah, MS from nutrition Agriculture Bogor Institute says that nutrition intake need our body on holiday the same with daily routines. Nutrition balance became from carbohydrate, protein, vegetables, fruit and drinks. Furthermore, food frequency still three daily meals. If you fell hungry can add snack.

If you want to explore culinary adventure, there are a few attention things to safe entered the food to our body must be healthy.

1. Choose food or drink which has taste doesn’t shock your stomach. Some food has taste “too” like too sweet, too salty, too spicy and too bitter. It’s not good for you. 

2. Choose a kind of food or drink for daily meals. There are food always entered to your body, because a part of stomach always daily receive this food.

3. While culinary who loved someone but remember to control nutrition intake to your body. Consumed enough food and avoid food which many fat.

4.  Choose a kind of food. If you has been consumed fried food, then choose boiled, steamed or baked food to decrease your fat.

5.  Better if you know How to cook the food. Mostly street food cooking in outdoor. So you can look how about hygiene and food process. 

6. Water intake is very important and need your body. Drink water or you can choose juice from fruit. Warm drink will be better because it very easy to digest on the body.

7.  Healthy food must be better and the most important. Food doesn’t have safe healthy can make some problems on your stomach. You certainly don’t want disturb your culinary explore because desease came on the your traveling. To make sure clean condition you can see the place, how to presentation and environment.
